Math
Today you will need an apple for the lesson.  It doesn't matter what color or kind of apple, just a real apple.  Cut your apple in half, take out the seeds, and you can eat your apple after you finish this lesson.Go to the Math section of your workbook.
turn to Lesson Worksheet 19 A.  Draw the seeds from one half of your real apple on one side of your paper apple. Next draw the seeds from your other half of the real apple to the other side of your paper apple.  Count the seeds on both sides.
Go back and count the actual seeds to make sure the numbers match.

Turn to Lesson Worksheet 19 B.  Fill out the top apple by drawing the seeds and writing the total number of seeds in your apple.  Write your name on the name line.  On the bottom apple, make up a different number of seeds, write the number on the blank, then draw the seeds on the apple to match the number you used. (The number of seeds need to be different from the top apple.)  Make up a name for the name line.  Screen shot this paper to me.  I will make a chart using this information.  You may now eat your apple.
